The MCA-Liberia Board is responsible for the oversight, direction, and decisions of MCA- Liberia. It is also responsible for the overall implementation of the Compact.
The Board is comprised of nine voting members and one non-voting member. The members of the Board include the following:
1. Minister of Finance and Development Planning
2. Minister of Justice
3. Minister of Lands, Mines and Energy
4. Minister of Public Works
5. Head of Presidential Delivery Unit
6. Chairman of the board of directors of LEC
7. Representative from the private sector(President of the Chamber of Commerce)
8. Representative from civil society (Vice-President of the Association of Female Lawyer of Liberia)
9. Chief Executive Officer of MCA-Liberia
10. MCC Representative (non-voting member)
